Famington Old Farm
Famington Barns were 17th Century farm buildings that were no longer in use. With planing permission they were converted into 4 separate bespoke dwellings with a modern and contemporary feel.
Work included:
- Structure repairs to the timber-framed building and roof rafters.
- Installation of new joists and floor.
- Internal perimetre stud work.
- Oak cladding to external building.
- Installation of external windows.
- Doors and ful height windows.
- Skirting, doors, stairs, wardrobes.
- Kitchen fittings
- Flooring.
